Fee once paid is not adjustable under any circumstances in future. Don't pay any extra amount apart from the requisite fee.
Your registration will be cancelled if:

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Period Refund
Upto 31st July 2025 50% refund of registration fee
Upto 31st August 2025 25% refund of registration fee
After 1st September 2025 No refund will be given
  • All refunds will be paid after the completion of conference. Transfer charges for cancellation for refund must be covered by participants
  • Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference. Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST & card payment charges
  • All cancellation should be made in writing and sent at [email protected]. No verbal cancellation requests will be entertained.
